There have been rumors for weeks of CVS changing this policy and apparently, as of this month (7/11), you can no longer use a cents off coupon with a buy one get one free coupon as in the past. A couple of readers have reported seeing this on other sites and today We Use Coupons reported calling customer service twice and asking about this. She was told emails went out this month to all stores saying it was no longer to be practiced at CVS. (Thanks, Simply CVS!)
I haven't seen anything official on this, but it does seem to match with some user experiences this month. So this is a 'heads up' to be prepared that your cents off coupons, when paired with BOGO coupons, will likely no longer be accepted at CVS. :( Please let me know though if you hear anything different from your local CVS store.
